I began my career learning from some of the best, most experienced lawyers in Kansas. That experience has helped me become a skilled trial lawyer. Even though I started my career as a lawyer many years ago, I strive to continue to learn and grow in my litigation skills. As a private attorney, running my own law firm, I advocate for clients in Johnson County and the Kansas City surrounding area. I have successfully advocated for many clients in court and out. I have helped clients deal with cases regarding serious injuries or serious felonies. I have helped hundred of clients with felony or misdemeanor charges. When you are badly injured, I help you get the money you deserve. I have helped many clients get the money they needed when they were badly injured in car wrecks. I have experienced great success at jury trials, bench trials, suppression hearings, pleas, and more. Before I became an attorney, I was a persuasive professional speaker for 10 years. That experience greatly honed my skills to become a dynamic persuasive trial lawyer. C.J. Dimarco

Attorney C.J. Dimarco focuses his practice exclusively on civil litigation and specializes in complex, high-stakes medical-legal matters. C.J. received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Kansas State University in 2016. Following his undergraduate studies, C.J. received his Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2019. While in law school, C.J. was a member of the UMKC Law Review Journal and also served as a Legal Writing and Research Teaching Assistant. Since graduating law school, C.J. Dimarco has acquired substantial experience in litigating complex medicolegal matters, including personal injury class action and mass tort product liability actions, as well as matters involving claims of general negligence/personal injury, medical malpractice, civil rights violations, and state/federal constitutional violations. C.J.’s passion to help others, competitiveness, and vast experience in high-stakes civil litigation all together provide him with the necessary tools to effectively represent clients in a broad spectrum of legal contexts. C.J. prides himself on having an aggressive, yet empathetic, approach to successfully representing each client, and he believes that every client deserves the same level of attention and quality of representation, regardless of the type of case or how much money is at stake. In addition to the practice of law, C.J. also enjoys playing sports and engaging in outdoor activities with his wife and two boys. C.J. Dimarco is licensed to practice law in the states of Missouri and Kansas, as well as in the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri.

Cody Hagan

Cody joined Wallentine Injury Law, LLC with nearly a decade of litigation experience. He began his career working with the Missouri Supreme Court, seeing how cases are resolved at the highest level of the Missouri judiciary. Since then, Cody has had the opportunity to litigate matters ranging from personal injury and product liability claims to constitutional claims pursuant to the United States Constitution. Cody is well-aware of the operating playbook for insurance companies, working to defend such companies for several years. Cody is now excited to use that experience helping people recover the compensation to which they are rightly entitled. Outside of the office, you’ll likely see Cody cheering on one of the many excellent sports teams in Kansas City, ranging from Current games at the riverfront to Chiefs games at Arrowhead. Cody is also an active foster parent involved with numerous foster care organizations advocating for children in need.
